We are a nonprofit founded in Bellevue, Washington

 Denver is a Senior at Eastside Preparatory High School in Bellevue, Washington, and plays for their boy Varsity Team, who were National Finalists this year. He got interested in ultimate in 4th grade after his dad taught him to throw a frisbee. Eventually, he joined his first team the year after and has loved the game ever since. Denver founded Ultimate Wellbeing and created this nonprofit to bring Ultimate Frisbee to those who don't have teams or cannot afford to play in one. In the spring of his junior year, Denver completed an independent study on Ultimate Frisbee and its benefits to players' physical, psychological, and social health. After completing it, he realized how much of a mental health-boosting sport Ultimate Frisbee was, which sparked Denver's interest in creating Ultimate Wellbeing.  

 Arnav Sharma got into Ultimate because of his older brother, who introduced him to the sport in middle school. Although he casually played with his school and brother throughout middle school, he started to take it seriously in his sophomore year of high school. Since then, he's had the privilege of playing for three years on his school's Varsity ultimate team, going to Nationals in 2021. Additionally, he's been his team's spirit captain for two years, helping to motivate his team, coach junior players, and taking care of injured teammates when he had spare time. Outside of his high school, he attended CUT Camp in 2021 and played on a Seven Hills youth club team in the winter of 2022. He also loves playing mixed pickup on the side and helping mentor younger players. 

After spending 4 years playing ultimate on a team that has climbed the ranks on a national level, William has come to love the sport of ultimate. However, with ultimate being a relatively underrepresented and unpopular sport, it’s important for organizations to help in any way they can. Being a part of Ultimate Wellbeing has been a way for William to contribute towards a community he holds dearly. 

 Reed, as our Director of Project Operations, brings his heart into this role as a long-time athlete who knows, first hand, the value of physical movement on overall wellbeing. Reed plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our Frisbee Kit Project within Ultimate Wellbeing. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our Kit Distribution initiative, from sourcing kit components and assembling them for distribution, to following up with recipients to ensure kits are properly utilized. Reed collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively, while keeping in mind our organization's mission and values.
